Based on the information, clinical input and funding pathway available, xROVER USA will prepare a personalized set of applicable xROVER funding documents to help your family and healthcare professionals move forward in a structured way.
This is an optional professional administrative service and is not required to purchase an xROVER or to independently pursue funding through an insurance plan, Medicaid program, waiver, Regional Center or other funding source.

The xROVER Funding Documentation Package™ is a professional documentation-preparation and funding-support service provided by xROVER USA.
The Funding Documentation Package™ is separate from the xROVER equipment purchase and from any covered medical service or benefit. Purchasing this optional service does not affect a family's ability to independently seek coverage or funding for an xROVER.
The service does not guarantee insurance coverage, reimbursement, authorization or funding approval.
Eligibility, coverage, medical-necessity determinations, authorization and funding decisions are made exclusively by the applicable insurance company, Medicaid program, waiver program, government agency or other funding organization.
Any medical assessment, diagnosis, prescription, Letter of Medical Necessity or other clinical determination must be made or approved by the appropriate licensed healthcare professional.
xROVER USA does not make medical or coverage determinations on behalf of healthcare professionals, insurers or government programs and does not provide legal, medical or insurance-brokerage advice.
Due to the individualized nature of our professional funding services, all service fees are non-refundable once purchased.
Intake, case administration, payment processing, case handling and preparation of individualized materials require dedicated professional resources and begin as part of the service process following purchase.
The $195 Funding Documentation Package™ fee is a professional service fee and is not credited toward the purchase of an xROVER.
