The xROVER Pre-Owned Consignment™ is a professional resale service for eligible pre-owned xROVERs.
xROVER USA reviews the equipment, verifies available product information, evaluates the visible condition and configuration, recommends a resale strategy, prepares the xROVER for professional presentation, communicates with prospective buyers, and helps coordinate the transaction.
The seller retains ownership of the xROVER until it is sold under the agreed consignment terms.
Service fee: 20% of the final selling price, subject to a minimum service fee of $750.
Acceptance into the program is subject to prior review and approval by xROVER USA.
Selling a specialized adaptive mobility product is different from selling an ordinary used item.
A prospective buyer may need to understand the xROVER's size, age, configuration, accessories, condition, service history, intended applications, and whether the equipment may be appropriate for their needs.
Shipping, payment, product questions, and equipment presentation can make a private sale complicated for both sides.
The xROVER Pre-Owned Consignment™ is designed to make that process more professional, structured, and transparent.
The process begins with a seller application.
We typically request:

Approximate purchase date
Original purchase source, if known

Your expectations regarding the sale
Submission of an xROVER does not automatically guarantee acceptance into the consignment program.
xROVER USA reviews the submitted information to determine whether the equipment appears suitable for the program.
This may include:
Serial number and model review
Configuration review
Visible condition assessment
Accessory completeness
Age and product-generation considerations
Parts availability
Known service needs
Marketability
Estimated transportation considerations
We may request additional photographs, videos, information, inspection, maintenance, or replacement parts before accepting an xROVER for consignment.
xROVER USA reserves the right to decline equipment that we believe is unsuitable for resale through the program.
An accepted xROVER must complete the appropriate inspection and verification process before being represented through the xROVER USA pre-owned program.
Depending on the equipment and transaction structure, this may involve remote review or a physical inspection.
Any required repairs, replacement parts, cleaning, transportation, or other preparation will be discussed with the seller before proceeding.
Acceptance into the consignment program does not constitute a safety certification or warranty.
After reviewing the xROVER, we work with the seller to establish an appropriate asking-price strategy.

The final listing price is established in accordance with the applicable consignment agreement.

Recommended intended-use information
Disclosure of known issues or service recommendations
Our objective is to give prospective buyers clear and useful information about the equipment being offered.
xROVER USA manages or supports qualified buyer inquiries relating to the consigned equipment.
This may include questions regarding:

Configuration
Accessories
Product specifications
Intended activities
General sizing considerations
Transportation
Available service or parts
Purchase process
Where appropriate, prospective buyers may also use other xROVER USA Professional Services for additional individualized guidance.
Once an eligible buyer is identified and the applicable sale terms are accepted, xROVER USA coordinates the transaction according to the consignment agreement.
The process may include:
Buyer payment coordination
Seller communication
Sale documentation
Shipping preparation
Transportation coordination
Buyer handoff
Seller payout
Specific payment, shipping, title/ownership, risk-of-loss, return, and payout terms are established in the applicable consignment agreement.

Seller payout administration
This allows the seller to avoid much of the time and complexity involved in managing a specialized private sale independently.
The seller is responsible for:
Providing complete and accurate information
Disclosing known damage, modifications, defects, or issues
Providing requested photographs and videos
Confirming lawful ownership of the equipment
Keeping the equipment in the disclosed condition while listed
Notifying xROVER USA of any material change in condition
Following agreed packaging and shipping requirements
Complying with the signed consignment agreement
Additional seller obligations will be specified before the xROVER is accepted into the program.
The xROVER USA consignment fee is earned upon a completed sale in accordance with the applicable consignment agreement.
Before the equipment is listed, the seller will receive information regarding the applicable fee structure and any additional approved costs that may apply.
Potential additional costs may include:
Inspection
Replacement parts
Repairs or service
Cleaning or preparation
Packaging
Transportation
Payment processing
Other specifically approved transaction expenses
No additional work or material expense should be undertaken without the applicable seller authorization.
If an eligible pre-owned xROVER sells for:
$4,000
xROVER USA Consignment Service Fee:
20% = $800
The remaining sale proceeds are handled according to the consignment agreement after any other previously authorized transaction expenses.
If an xROVER sells for:
$3,000
20% would normally equal $600.
Because the minimum service fee is $750, the applicable consignment fee would be:
$750
The xROVER Pre-Owned Consignment™ may be appropriate if:

Acceptance of your xROVER
A specific listing price
A specific selling price
A buyer
A specific time to sale
Equipment safety
Future product performance
Funding or insurance eligibility
Suitability for any specific user
A minimum seller payout unless expressly agreed in writing
Pre-owned equipment is evaluated and represented based on the information and inspection available for that specific xROVER.
The detailed legal and commercial terms governing each consignment are established in a separate xROVER USA Consignment Agreement between xROVER USA and the seller.
