STEP 2 — Personalized Assessment

We review the information and prepare your Personalized Family Mobility Assessment™.

STEP 3 — Professional Recommendation

Based on the information provided, we determine whether the xROVER L BUGGY ADVENTURE™ is an appropriate configuration and prepare the supporting professional recommendation.

STEP 4 — Personalized Funding Strategy™

We identify realistic potential funding pathways based on your state, insurance, Medicaid coverage, waiver participation, Regional Center status, foundation opportunities, grants, and other available resources.

STEP 5 — Professional Documentation

We prepare and organize the appropriate xROVER funding documentation and help coordinate supporting information from physicians, PTs, OTs, case managers, or other professionals when required.

STEP 6 — Funding Submission

The completed documentation package can then be submitted to the appropriate funding organization according to its individual requirements.

STEP 7 — Follow-Up & Support
