Depending on your state, circumstances, and eligibility, potential funding sources may include Medicaid programs, HCBS waivers, Regional Centers, insurance, foundations, grants, nonprofit organizations, school or community programs, and other funding resources.

Funding is never guaranteed.

But families should not have to navigate a complicated process alone.

Complete the xROVER Funding Assistance Request and provide basic information about the rider, mobility needs, insurance or program coverage, and family goals.

Step 2 — Personalized Mobility Assessment

xROVER USA reviews the information and recommends the most appropriate configuration.

Step 3 — Funding Strategy

We identify realistic potential funding pathways based on your state, insurance, waiver participation, Regional Center status, foundation opportunities, and other available resources.

Step 4 — Professional Documentation

We prepare the appropriate xROVER documentation and help coordinate supporting documentation with physicians, PTs, OTs, case managers, or other professionals when necessary.

Step 5 — Submission

Your completed package is submitted to the appropriate funding organization according to its requirements.

Step 6 — Follow-Up

We help your family understand requested documentation, next steps, and potential alternatives if additional information is required.

Step 7 — Approval & Delivery

Once funding is approved and the required purchase authorization or payment is received, xROVER USA coordinates production or inventory allocation and delivery.
